After removing the implant and treating inflammation, correction is possible by inserting the implant in the correct position or using cartilage.
For skin support, fascia is used to wrap the implant, or in severe cases, only cartilage is used to augment.
If the space where the implant is positioned is closed off on one side, the space is properly secured before placing the implant.
If the design does not match the facial balance, the implant height is adjusted according to facial proportions.
If the implant does not match the base surface after insertion, it is reshaped to fit the base and both sides are made smooth before insertion.
If the implant is placed too far toward the nasal tip or causes a contracted nose, the implant length is properly adjusted, or the upturned tip is corrected downward.

It is difficult to estimate the original height of the nose bridge after having nose filler. We recommend you to undergo Rhinoplasty after the filler is completely absorbed.
In the early stage of recovery after Rhinoplasty, the distance between eyes looks narrower due to swelling and skin pulling, but this phenomenon will return to its original position within 1 or 2 months. If the space between your eyes is short, the height of your nose bridge should be balanced out to give you proper proportion between your eyes.
A person with a hooked nose usually has a high nose bridge. If the person does not want to have a higher nose bridge, the surgery can be performed without the insertion of an implant.
