    An incision around the areola to remove part of the breast tissue. This method is possible when sagging is not severe.

  • Vertical Incision

    An incision around the areola combined with a 4–5 cm vertical incision downward. It complements the limitations of both periareolar and anchor-shaped incisions.

  • Inverted T Incision

    An incision from the areola down to the inframammary fold and along the fold. Used when breasts are very large or sagging is severe, with little skin elasticity.
